My Journey & Purpose
Many years ago, when the internet and Wi-Fi were just becoming accessible and social media was still finding its place, equality was still a work in progress, and women’s roles were often seen as less important. There weren’t many platforms where you could safely release your frustrations or share your joys and sorrows, especially during your lowest moments. Mental health and counselling carried heavy stigma, and back then, it was tough. Most of the time, you had to depend solely on your own strength — suppressing uncomfortable emotions and simply pushing forward.
As time went on and technology evolved, society started to realise that "it’s okay not to be okay."
Inspired by this shift, I carry with me a simple but powerful belief: to support and empower women.
I want to create a space that encourages healthier coping strategies, reduces emotional isolation, and most importantly, strengthens self-worth and confidence.
No one should have to walk their journey alone — and through what I offer, I hope to be a small light along the way.

It is non-clinical and non-therapeutic, meaning it does not involve diagnosing, treating, or offering deep psychological interventions. Instead, para-counsellors create a safe, supportive space where individuals can express their feelings, explore concerns, and feel heard.

Online para-counselling provides a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals can share their thoughts and feelings freely. It focuses on basic emotional support, active listening, and guidance, rather than therapy, diagnosis, or treatment.
Through compassionate listening, para-counselling helps people experience emotional relief, gain clarity, and feel validated and understood. It reduces feelings of isolation and gently encourages resilience and self-awareness.
While it is not a replacement for professional counselling, para-counselling serves as a valuable first step for individuals seeking connection, emotional support, and a safe space to be heard — especially during challenging times.

Although my heart is open to all, I am dedicating my support to women who may be navigating emotional challenges in areas such as work, relationships, self-esteem, or health. My goal is to create a safe and understanding space for them to be heard and supported.
Online para-counselling sessions are conducted through text messaging only via Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
No video or audio calls will be made during the sessions.
As I am providing this service independently, each chat session is limited to 2 hours.
Each client may book one session per week to allow fair access for others who may also be in need of a listening ear.
Please notify me 1 to 2 days in advance to book a para-counselling session.
I will always do my best to accommodate your preferred date and time.
